I want my team to feel comfortable speaking up, admitting mistakes and innovating. What concrete things do you as a leader do to make that happen?
 
Encourage open dialogue, listen without judgment, and acknowledge contributions. Admit mistakes to model vulnerability. Set clear expectations while respecting individuality. Give constructive feedback privately and praise publicly. Ensure every voice is heard, discourage blame, and support learning from failure to build trust and safety.
