How do you use data and metrics to shape your leadership decisions?

I’m trying to move from intuition-based to evidence-informed leadership. What kinds of metrics (team health, productivity, morale) have you found meaningful and how do you act on them?
 
I track key performance metrics to understand trends and team needs, then combine that data with direct feedback and context. I use numbers to guide priorities, not dictate them. Data informs decisions, while empathy and dialogue ensure they support people and outcomes effectively.
