I’m confused about the difference between woman and women. Can someone explain when to use each word correctly?

"Woman" is the singular term for an individual female adult, while "women" is the plural term for two or more female adults. For example, "She is a strong woman" or "They are inspiring women".

Woman is a singular, that is, one female.
Example: She is a strong woman.

The word women is plural, that is, there is more than one female.
Example: Successful women in a romantic relationship.
