J Jone Member Oct 24, 2025 #2 The plant cells have cell wall, photosynthetic structure with chloroplasts and large central vacuole. These are absent in animal cells but they do contain centrioles and lysosomes. They both have a nucleus, cytoplasm and cell membrane.
