Once you become familiar with it, operating with the Gradebook is really simple. Initially, it serves the purpose of having all student marks, tasks, and the overall performance stored in one single place. Most commonly, you create assignments, record each student's grades, and the software automatically figures out the total or average scores. Besides, according to my knowledge on the matter, the majority of platforms allow you to generate report cards or communicate feedback via the Gradebook, thus simplifying the handling of grades considerably.
