I’ve seen mixed results with autocratic vs. democratic styles. What leadership style has worked best for you and your team?

Leadership styles have different times in a team, and what is more, they exert influence on the team via communication, morale, the decision-making process, and the level of innovation. Democratic and transformational styles, meanwhile, are usually the ones that result in the highest long-term performance, creativity, and morale owing to the fact that they create an environment of cooperation and participation.
