Why can’t I log into BSUOnline Blackboard?

I keep getting a login error when trying to access BSUOnline Blackboard. Is the system down or am I missing a step?

You can’t log into BSUOnline Blackboard usually because of:

• Wrong or expired password
• Account locked after too many attempts
• Browser/cache issues
• School’s login system or Blackboard is down

Try resetting your password and switching browsers.
