When is the PS6 release date?

I’ve been hearing rumors about the PS6. Does anyone know the official or expected PS6 release date?

Sony hasn’t officially announced a PS6 release date yet. Based on past console cycles, it’s likely still a few years away—probably around 2027 or later—but nothing has been confirmed so far.

According to the historical 7 years PlayStation cycles:

1. PS2 → 2000
2. PS3 → 2006
