A Peer Learning Facilitator guides and supports fellow students in understanding course material, encourages collaborative learning, organizes study sessions, and helps improve academic skills within an academic setting.

A peer learning facilitator supports students by guiding discussions, explaining concepts, encouraging collaboration, and helping classmates understand course material through shared learning experiences.
B: I worked as a Peer Learning Facilitator last year, it’s mostly about guiding study groups, helping classmates understand tough topics, and keeping discussions on track; honestly, it also boosted my confidence and communication skills a lot.
