What challenges have you faced using Tulsa Tech Blackboard?

Challenges with the Tulsa Tech Blackboard system often stem from technological barriers, including students needing a reliable desktop or laptop computer, certain features not working on tablets or smartphones, and instructors using external applications like Respondus LockDown Browser that are incompatible with Chromebooks. Students are also expected to resolve their own technology and internet access issues.

Typical Tulsa Tech Blackboard problems are that it loads slowly, it is hard to navigate the interface, it has some issues with logins, the assignment submission processes are confusing, and mobile functionality is limited. Lack of easy access to course materials and assessment of grades tend to negatively affect overall user experience and time management as it is hard to find course materials or monitor grades efficiently.
