I came across Enhanced Learning Credits in an education program. Can someone explain what they are and how students can benefit from them?

Enhanced Learning Credits (ELCs) are governmental funds (typically in the UK) that are used to assist employees in acquiring skills via approved classes. They can be paid to do vocational training, professional certifications, workshops or skill-enhancing courses. ELCs finance course expenses, meaning that career development is not costly to individuals.

Improve Learning Credits (ELCs) are UK military education benefits that fund approved training or courses to help service members gain new qualifications after or during service.
