Sullivan Blackboard notifications not showing updates

I’m not receiving class announcements or reminders from Sullivan Blackboard. Has anyone else had problems with Sullivan Blackboard notifications, and how do you fix them?

If Sullivan Blackboard notifications are not updating, check notification settings in Account Settings and enable email or push alerts. Ensure your device allows app notifications and update the Blackboard app. Logging out and back in or clearing cache often restores notification syncing.

Sullivan Blackboard is not showing updates, here is how to fix it:
