Sullivan Blackboard courses not appearing on my dashboard

My Sullivan Blackboard account isn’t showing my current classes. Has anyone else faced this Sullivan Blackboard course issue, and how can it be resolved?
 
If your Sullivan Blackboard courses are not appearing on your dashboard, the issue may be due to late enrollment updates, course not yet released by the instructor, or account sync delays. Try logging out, clearing cache, or contacting Sullivan IT support for help.
 
If Sullivan Blackboard courses are not appearing on your dashboard, try these steps:
  1. Confirm enrollment in the course through the student portal.
  2. Give it 24–48 hours after registration for Blackboard to update.
  3. Check the Courses → Current Courses tab, not just the dashboard.
  4. Clear browser cache or try another browser.
  5. If the course should be active but still missing, contact Sullivan IT Help Desk or your instructor to verify the course has been made available.
 
Instead of looking at the dashboard, try looking at the Courses page. It's possible that you just registered or that the instructor hasn't yet opened your course. Make sure the course hasn't been hidden and that you are filtering by the right term. For enrollment verification, get in touch with Sullivan's IT support if it continues.
