Is English really the hardest language to learn?

I’ve heard many people say English is difficult because of grammar rules and exceptions. What do you think — is it harder than other languages? Would love your thoughts!

English can be tricky due to several irregularities and exceptions, but it is not the most difficult, as its easy structure and the relevance to the entire world makes it easier to learn as time progresses.

English is not necessarily the hardest language to learn. Its complex grammar, irregular spelling, and vast vocabulary make it challenging, but factors like a learner’s native language, motivation, and exposure also influence difficulty, making it easier for some and harder for others.
