In a hybrid work model, how do you ensure culture isn’t diluted?

Some of my team are remote, some office-based, and I feel the sense of belonging is slipping. What rituals or approaches have helped strengthen culture across different working locations?
 
Set clear shared values and communicate them consistently. Hold regular team check-ins, celebrate wins, and encourage cross-location collaboration. Create moments for connection, not just work tasks. Make leaders model desired behaviors, and ensure remote and in-office employees have equal access to opportunities and recognition.
