How to log out of a ubisoft account on r6?

I’m playing Rainbow Six Siege and need to know how to log out of a Ubisoft account on R6. I want to switch to another Ubisoft account, but there doesn’t seem to be a logout option in the game menu. What are the exact steps to sign out on PC or console?

In Rainbow Six Siege, there is a main menu with a section called accounts/settings and under it is a section known as log out, and upon above section, one is bound to the confirmation box, and after they are certain, the Ubisoft Connect launcher will bring them back to the default login screen.
