How many ounces are in 1 and 1/3 cups?

I need to know how many ounces are in 1 and 1/3 cups for a recipe I’m following. Can someone provide the exact conversion? Also, any tips on measuring liquid and dry ingredients accurately would be helpful!

It’s about 10.67 ounces for liquids since 1 cup is 8 oz, I usually just eyeball a little over 10 and a half and for accuracy, use a liquid measuring cup for liquids and level off dry ingredients with a knife, it really helps!
