You need to move from casual, ad-hoc updates to more structured, consistent communication- clear meeting rhythms, defined channels, written documentation- and still have space for personal check-ins. For me, adding weekly team syncs, transparent async updates and intentional 1:1s made scaling feel organized without losing connection.
