I’m trying to locate readings and assignments for my classes on Fordham Blackboard. Can someone help me navigate to the correct Fordham Blackboard course materials section?

Finding lecture materials on Fordham Blackboard requires logging in to the Fordham portal and then clicking the Blackboard icon. Next step is to select the specific course from your "My Courses" list. Within the course, there will be content in folders, modules or specific links such as "Course Materials," "Syllabus," or "Books and Course Tools" that you can check. These links may contain files, assignments, and even multimedia content.

To find lecture materials, log in to the Fordham portal, click the Blackboard icon, and select your course. Materials are typically in sections like "Course Documents" or weekly content folders, depending on the instructor. If unavailable, contact your instructor. For technical help, email blackboard@fordham.edu.

The majority of instructors post assignments, slides, and files there. Since they occasionally conceal information until the start of class, it's best to check the Announcements or send your instructor an email if you don't see anything.

On Fordham Blackboard, your lecture materials are usually inside each course page. Just log in, open your course, and check sections like “Course Content,” “Documents,” or “Learning Modules” (professors name them differently). In my experience, most instructors also post slides under “Weekly Content” or by date, so if you don’t see it right away, try clicking through each module or check the “Announcements” tab since they often drop links there.

Log into the Fordham portal, click on Blackboard, open your course, and then look for sections like "Course Content" or "Modules" in the left menu, that's where most professors drop their slides and readings, if you still can't find it just email your prof directly.

"I'm pretty sure the materials are usually available under the 'Course Content' or 'Resources' tab once you're enrolled in the course. If you're having trouble finding it, you can also try checking the syllabus provided at the start of the semester or reaching out to your instructor directly - they might be able to help you out!"
