When is the right time to step back and delegate more, and how do you do it well?

I still get pulled into operational work even though I’m supposed to lead strategy. How did you know it was time to delegate more—and how did you handle the shift?
 
It’s time to delegate when workload impacts quality or personal bandwidth. Identify tasks others can handle, choose capable team members, give clear instructions, and set check-ins. Trust their process, avoid micromanaging, and offer feedback. Delegation strengthens team growth and preserves your focus.
