I notice some team members know the work but seem disconnected. How do you shift someone from “just doing tasks” to actively owning outcomes?
 
I clarify expectations, then have an honest, supportive conversation to understand the root issue. We set clear, achievable goals with regular check-ins. I provide coaching, resources, and feedback. Recognizing progress boosts confidence, helping under-performers regain motivation and become valuable contributors.
