I faced login and navigation issues with Blackboard Syracuse, making it hard to access materials. I overcame these challenges by clearing browser cache, switching to Chrome, and using the mobile app. For technical problems, I contacted Syracuse University’s IT help desk. Regularly checking system updates and course announcements also improved my experience.
