A problem that I had with Blackboard at UCMO was the errors I would get when I tried to submit an assignment when the browser didn't work. I resolved that by clearing the cache in the browser, using a newer browser and by not uploading the file if it was not required in that format. Information Technology (IT) Help Desk and instructor support were quite useful when problems arose.
