What are the different changes in the states of matter?

Can someone explain how matter changes from one state to another (like solid to liquid)? A simple explanation with examples would be very helpful.

The changes between the states of matter include the following: melting, freezing, vaporization, condensation, sublimation, and deposition. These changes occur between solid, liquid, and gas due to a change in temperature or pressure.

The main changes in the states of matter are melting (solid to liquid), freezing (liquid to solid), evaporation (liquid to gas), condensation (gas to liquid), and sublimation (solid to gas).
