ROTC Blackboard notifications not working properly

I stopped getting updates and alerts from ROTC Blackboard. Has anyone faced issues with ROTC Blackboard notifications? How can I turn them back on?
 
If ROTC Blackboard notifications are not working, check Account > Notification Settings to ensure email and push alerts are enabled. Update the Blackboard app, allow notifications in your device settings, clear cache, and log in again. If issues continue, contact ROTC tech support.
