I've been in that situation before, it's really frustrating when you can't access a website. Usually, the first thing I try is checking my internet connection to make sure it's stable, maybe restart my router if needed. If that doesn't work, I try clearing the browser's cache and cookies or even using a different browser to see if it's a browser-specific issue. Sometimes it's also worth checking if the website itself is down, you can do that by searching for the site's name along with "is it down" to see if other people are having the same issue.
