How to Refund Kindle Book?

I’m not sure how this works— how to refund kindle book? Could someone explain it simply?

Here are the steps to refund a Kindle book:

1. Go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click on “Accounts & Lists”, then choose “Your Orders.”
3. Find the Kindle book you want to return.
4. Click “Return for Refund” next to the title.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm the return.
6. You’ll receive a refund confirmation, usually within a few hours.

To receive the refund on a Kindle book, log in to Amazon and enter the section titled the Manage Your Content and Devices. In the tab named Content, find the book you would return. To locate the book in order to return it, click on the button with the Actions next to the title of the book and choose the Return for Refund option. This can be done only within 7days of purchase.
