How to Organize or Remove Apps from macOS Launchpad?

Is there a way to rearrange or remove apps from the Launchpad on macOS? Some apps I don’t use often are cluttering the screen.
 
To organize apps in macOS Launchpad, click and hold an app until it jiggles, then drag it to rearrange or group into folders. To remove an app, click the “X” icon (for App Store apps) or uninstall manually via Finder for others. This keeps your Launchpad clean and organized.
