How do you make a strong impression in the first 90 days of a new job?

I recently started a new position and want to set the right tone. What habits or actions helped you stand out early in a new role?
 
Learn the company’s culture, understand expectations, and ask clear questions early. Build relationships with teammates, communicate proactively, and take ownership of small wins. Show reliability, stay organized, and seek feedback often. Focus on learning before changing things to prove value confidently.
