To access your courses and grades via the Wake ID Portal (Wake County Public School System), follow these evidence-backed steps:

1. Open wakeid.wcpss.net in Chrome or Firefox.
2. Click Sign In, select “Student” as user type, then enter your WakeID (often your student ID) and password. The default password is your student ID number.
3. Once logged in, the App Launcher appears with apps like Canvas and PowerSchool.
4. Click the Canvas icon to open the LMS dashboard. From there, go to Courses → All Courses (for high school students) to view your class list.
5. To check grades and attendance, open the PowerSchool app within WakeID. It displays grade reports, academic records, and attendance.
