I’m looking to sign up for HBO Max and was wondering if there’s an HBO Max student discount available. Has anyone been able to get a deal using their student email?
 
Currently, HBO Max (now rebranded as "Max") does not offer a student discount. However, students can save by:
  1. Bundling with HBO Max via Hulu (with student pricing)
  2. Sharing a Max Ultimate Ad-Free plan (4 streams, better value)
  3. Checking for promotional offers during back-to-school seasons

The 50% discount for students is being offered along with the 18+ age limit and based on the deal with the verification service UNiDAYS. To avail of the discount, one has to be a student at a U.S. accredited college or university and pass the verification through UNiDAYS. This discount can be utilized on the "Basic with Ads" subscription for just $5.49 a month and after every 12 months the subscriber will have to be re-verified for continuing with the discount.
